I'm sure the raise then call was a poor plan, I can't work out a better one though :-\ Looking back, I've raised, found there's a lot of strength out there and then effectively over-called.

I think raise then fold would actually have been a better course of action?

The raise was a bit big imo. But apart from that I would just fold to the push because most of the times you would be up against QQ+ AK

You're putting yourself in a very bad spot by raising this big from an early position. You just use the standard raise of 3xBB +1BB per limper, which is 400 in this case. From this early position I'll often only bet 2.5xBB+1 = 350, so that we have an easier decision if someone decides to push or raise us.

Another thing is, good players will note that you raise this big from early position. I interpret a raise like that to being an inexperienced player, and someone I can exploit, and if I get to see that you're doing this with JJ, I'll definitely make a note of it! Don't get to attached to your medium-strength hands, don't overvalue them, and you have to learn to fold them once in a while!

+1 I agree with this

Yep, 350 preflop
Seems kinda close when he 3bets us... I lean towards folding I think. But with your previous bet sizing, definitely 4betshove; you've left yourself very much committed.
