Hi,

this is a hand from the final table of one MTT I just finished playing.

Some background info:

Villain: VPIP 32 PFR 16 AggF 3 (big sample)

He was raising light / but folding to my 3bets.

Also important remark is that he is falling in love with his hands post flop. So if he flop something he has hard time folding.

Me: VPIP 34 PFR 28 AggF 4.5

I was very active on the final table, I was 3beting a lot and also flat calling PFR. My point is that it is not obvious if I suddenly flat his PFR, I have the nuts.

Therefore I decided to flat with my Qs.

I oppted for a donk / 3bet, since he was re-raising donk bets big % of the time.

When he re-raised I was close to sure he has AJ (a hand he can't ever fold) and 3bet shoved.

Overall do you like my line in this scenario? Do you think vs more solid Villain it can be exploitable?

Any idea of better line, could be interesting as well.

Thanks!

i 3bet to about 100k because of your image. if he knows you 3betting lose he could jam on you with a lot of hands there, because he sees a little fe.
as played nh, you can't get out of that spot. but i'll like a small 3bet oop more!

I compleatly agree with about the small 3bets OOP, vs more agressive opponent it could be perfect. In this case I think he was folding AJo PF.

Regardless, of my very agressive immage he was folding >80% to my 3bets, he never 4beted me (or anyone).

I busted several PPL on the final table in 3bet pots, so he was giving me credit for my 3bets.

Therefore I oppted for flat / broke on good flops with my Qs.

+1

with those stack sizes I also prefer 3 bet here also with QQ, he will shove imo 99+,AQ at least but he might fold them after flop

with AA-KK I prefer to just call but with those stack sizes I go to 3 bet too
