is that normal when using elephant on ring game, another players avatar full of numbers? and sometimes i can see their cards...wow

The numbers are statistics you have on them that elephant has recorded, the cards are NOT their current cards, but the cards they had last time (if they muck the losing hand at showdown you can still look at hand history to see what they had, and elephant does this for you)

You can always change the HUD to the beginner hud to see actual words instead of numbers. This may be easier for you if you just started playing with the help of statistics.
