before the tournament, like in period from now until the tournament, or before like in general, everyone who has ever deposited in the past?

I'm afraid not, as stated above, this is for those members who originally set up their PokerStars account via PokerStrategy (i.e. tracked accounts).

Keep an eye on the news and forum pages for other freerolls and community events on other partner platforms soon though.

So, why is PS support refering to your support!? Is this your strategy to screw up this kind of promotion alll the time?

A couple of weeks ago had the same problem with your Laddie offer. Took me a lot of time and mailing back and forward before I got the ticket and bonus I were eligable to.

If this is your normal handling just refering to other supports I think Iam done with this kinda offers. To tiring for me.
