I'm always in dillema in those kind of situations, whether to just get it in, or just in case they're bluffing they could make mistake on flop, where I'd just get it in anywayz.
Here I thought like "hey I'm getting it in anyway, he's a nit".
But there would be probably more value in just calling.
The downside is being exploitable but hey it's nl 100.
Thoughts?

Well, given the positions/stats, I doubt he is bluffing much - like you said - so should be fine to get it in and shoving we often rep AK so he prolly calls it off with QQ+ for 100bb.

When you 4b to $40 or w/e you always have KK+ so he can still get away (it looks stronger imo).

I think calling is fine, too, especially if you expect to get a cbet from villain. I guess he mostly has big pairs here so you are not going to be worried on many flops.

Agree, you dont really need to worry about being exploitable on this limit with big plyr pool - just make the play with max ev at the time.

I also tend to call this.
Imo a small 5bet is the worst option because it looks incredibly strong so he might get away from AK and QQ.
Also to our shove I think he might fold AK and even QQ, although this is hard to say.
With KK I'd be much more happy to shove it in because on A high flops we have a hard time playing.

I don't worry about being exploitable in this spot because he needs to have a 5betbluffingrange to actually exploit our calling of 4bets with strong hands - he probably doesn't have it so he doesnt exploit the call at all.

fold AK QQ after cold 4bet? _o:
I think we must shove to get stack from AK QQ range becouse postflop he may make fold without TP or on AKhight brd w QQ

and I think this nit never bluff cold 4b (and + this bet size) and we must go AI until he is sure in hand, sometimes there will be TT-JJ (on tilt)
