I would raise the flop. As played I would bet more on the turn.

When he leads the river I find it unlikely that he has a hand that he can call a raise with that he played this way. The only one that makes sense is AQ and you have a lot of blockers to that hand. Otherwise he will either fold or call/raise with a hand that beats us (AA or 43xx), so I prefer calling the river.

This is a great flop just to jam it up. There is only a straight draw showing and we need to get stacks in by the river when holding top set. If you raise you give your opponent the chance to play back at you (he might have a wrap or QJT, if you're really lucky middle set. Also you should be looking at getting stacks in by the river, and you can't do this by slow playing.

The problem is there are some turn cards that are going to kill your action so you might not get the chance to raise the turn.

I pretty much have never slow played top set on the flop when it is the nuts. The only time you have to is when you're a super nit who doesn't raise big draws because you wont get action when you do raise.

I would jam the flop, jam the turn and flat call on the river. Your opponent has either missed the river and is taking a stab at the pot (so he isn't calling a raise) or has some how miracled into the nuts on the end (so raising him is stupid).

UTG's line is definitely not a lower set (since he check called the turn), it could be a weird river stab with something like AJT9 but that's pretty much the only hand you can value raise.
