Very nice thread.. I think this is something that everyone will benefit from, i know i have, before i use to only look at my own hand and if i had a strong hand i would almost every time go down to a showdown.
Learnt a lot from my own mistakes, and now i even fold Pocket AA when i have any indication that i may be behind in a hand...
It has done wonders for my game and bankroll...
this article is explaining a little bit JJ preflop. what do you think about AQo and s late position when early pos. raise and 3 calls, should fold it too? almoust every time flop comes little cards and doesnt improve my hand...
Hi koffen18!
Against a loose early position raiser I would raise it as a squeeze play and fold to another raise. The 3 callers often have small pocket pairs or suited connectors and cannot call if the early position raiser folds to our raise. So the only player who is interesting is the early position raiser. If it's a tight raiser I would simply fold.
Good luck at the tables!
