another my leak... to much I 3 bet my opponents... I noticed that I lose money with hand AQo. Do u think that I should just call his PFB? I 3B him because he was on CO.

I like calling here vs tighter players and 3betting vs looser players
Both are fine though I think

AQ should have most CO ranges beaten easily

Pre: I'd raise to .45 instead of .55 (3x .15)

Other than that, I would play this the same.

Preflop: Kinda problematic the 3bet here, depends a lot on the opponent we are against. But mainly myself against unknown I might even just prefer calling and playing postflop with the position.

As played
Postflop: You can actually make even a smaller CBet like $0,70 while it's a 3bet pot and otherwise seems to be fine. Not much you can do unless you know him better.
