Analyzing stats

Hi all, Im back with more stupid questions!

Just downloaded PokerTracker 3 and am using the free trial to see if I like it. However, Im not sure what to make of the HUD stats. I mean, are they percentages etc or what, and what constitutes an aggressive or loose player?

Theres a guy on one of my tables right now with an aggro factor of 71, therefore is he moderatly aggressive, very aggresive?

Redarging my own play, what are ideal stats to shoot for in say, nl10 6max cash games?

And one last thing, how do I adjust PT3 to my table position? I like to sit at the lower left of each table and then drag the stats to the respective players. But at the end of each hand PT shows the mucked cards over the wrong player. Is there any way around this or do I just put up and shut up?
