Hello dooleslovs,

Guess you can't do much there. He may still have even worse PPs. I am going broke as well for 100BB and in 3bet pot.

One thing I might do is that I would 3bet bigger being OOP 4x his raise.

Best regards.

Thanks for reply, but dont you think that being so pasive he just call with overpairs? And about 3bet size, I resteal sometimes, so it would be unbalanced if I resteal with 3x 3bet and 3bet for value with 4x 3bet, or do you think people in NL10 do not see such things?

What hands do you put him on then? If you say he is so passive and doesn't Call just overpairs.

If you re-steal a lot then rather keep it 3.5 or something similar. If not then do it basically 4x. What's your 3bet?

After he called cbet flop its AA AKs KK TT QQ JJ, but then he min raised my turn bet I was almost sure its TT but did call to find out I was right :( My 3bet last month was about 5%. I always say to myself fold overpair to min R turn from pasive plrs, but rarely do on such a dry boards. but i guess it would be EV+.

Even if we remove AK from the range, you will get this equity:

Board: T♦8♥8♦ 9♥
       Equity     Win     Tie
UTG    25.32%  25.32%   0.00% { KK-TT }
UTG+1  74.68%  74.68%   0.00% { AhAc }

And it's a huge mistake if you always putting opponent only on the nuts and only nuts. You just can't do that. If you do that you will loose rather in long run with that.
