SB had A, A (one pair, Aces).
Hero had 7, 7 (one pair, sevens).
Outcome: SB won t4786

SB was very loose so i thought it was a steal raise...

Just push, only if you have some reads that he is really tight or traping this way you can fold, but i push here always.
