The problem vs such a player is that I don't think he is shipping there with a lot worse hands. We need ~40% equity there and against something like:
Equity Win Tie
UTG 34.96% 34.64% 0.32% { AhKc }
UTG+1 65.04% 64.73% 0.32% { JJ+ }
We ain't getting it. 
Therefore I'd really consider rather folding the hand than taking the flip at the best.
Even vs this kind of range:
Equity Win Tie
UTG 39.78% 23.66% 16.13% { AhKc }
UTG+1 60.22% 44.09% 16.13% { JJ+, AKs, AKo }
We very closely get the break-even Call. So therefore I'd just fold.
