Hi guys,
Got three hands here for you to have a look at. Any advice on how I can maximise value in these spots or play different to ensure a more favourable outcome would be appreciated.
1. In this example I was abusing my superior stack size and playing more LAG than I would at these blind levels normally. I doubled up in the first hand by bet sizing in such a way that the player committed all his chips over the 4 streets (as is often the plan when having AA!). People seemed to fold to my raises quite quickly after that, except for this hand, where the BB calls.

3. So I was playing some short handed here, still technically in the early phase and comfortable in terms of my stack size. Obviously it was pocket rockets and needed to be played, but any advice on bet sizing and my post flop play etc would be great.

Had a nice heater last night, followed by a major down swing which lost me a load of money, but then turned it back around and managed to end the evening in profit, by $30-40. I am sure that I could reduce the downswing that I had however, so I am intending to keep asking you guys for advice, reading and improving my game. Who knows, maybe I will follow Pleno1's example and start a blog ![]()
Appreciate the advice gents ![]()
Edit - Got rid of number 2 because it was a bad play, as simple as that. OOP, marginal hand, early phase - nuff said.
