Hello, I watched the video he made for GOLD, on 02.01.2008. It's the second video in this site's video section. I want to discuss this hand which reminded me of my 93o push:
32 minutes in the video, in the top right
Blinds 200/400, partypoker 33$ s&g
CO: 1700
BU: 5100
SB: 6200
HERO (BB): 7000
Dealt to hero: Q:c2:d
2 folds
SB raises to 1400
BB raises to 7000(all in)
I think his reasoning is the same. He pushes his trash into a bubble bigstack, who told him he wants to play the hand. Shakin (pokerstrategy.de) told me that was the best reason not to push with the 93o hand, and you also convinced me. However, I think this hand is a bit sicker, because sb didn't just call for pot odds, but raise, so we know he wants to play, and he doesn't go all in, so we know he is a fish, and probably doesn't know what "bubble" means. Anyway, just think that theNose made the same mistake I made. I also think we play very similar. I do like the way he think, because it is at least necessary to go deeper into the game, and think about these thinks, and this "mistake" tells me thenose can reach high limits.
@Unam: if you speak to theNose, plz tell him to look here for me. ♦
