Shove is good play. Minraise-fold is also kind of ok, if both blinds are pretty passive and you have reads they won't abuse bubble. If they are loose then minraise is just charity as they might shove pretty loose and we can't call.

I forgot to mention it but I think I have edge here, with the only other reg being the shorter stack and 3 unknown players.
