you just started on one of our free50 rooms and now want to post a poker hand in the forum for discussion.

If you use a tracking tool like Holdem manager, Poker Tracker converting hand histories in the forum format is very easy
There is an option in the database to export your poker hands to the clipboard and from there directly into the forum.

if you don't use a tracking tool yet (btw you really should use the elephant even if you only use it as a database) things get a little more complicated
you have to manually search for the handhistory data on your hard-drive and then copy it into the Pokerstrategy.com handconverter or a similar tool.
... usually handhistories will be saved
for Party Poker under
C:\\program files\\PartyGaming\\PartyPoker\\Handhistorys\\username\\Tablexxx.txt
in addition for Party Poker you also have the option to copy/paste the handhistory directly at the tables
click as marked with green circles and then copy the text on the right via ctrl + c into the clipboard to transform it into forum format it in the Pokerstrategy handconverter.

for Ipoker rooms like Poker770, Titan Poker and William Hill under
C:\Poker\Titan Poker(or other room name)\History
you can import the file into e.g.
if you search for a specific hand you can find the number at the tables and then in the handhistory

and convert it with like
