Hello deivid2,

Preflop: If such shorties are on blinds then I sometimes even adjust to that and do just min-raise. Although it's pretty problematic if you have such a station and therefore might even drop the hand. But of course it ain't wrong, our K6s is still ahead of a lot his range.
But pretty much a flip:

       Equity     Win     Tie
UTG    47.35%  44.94%   2.41% { 22+, A2s+, K2s+, Q2s+, J2s+, T2s+, 92s+, 84s+, 73s+, 63s+, 53s+, 43s, A2o+, K2o+, Q3o+, J5o+, T6o+, 96o+, 86o+, 76o, 65o }
UTG+1  52.65%  50.25%   2.41% { K6s }

So if we don't take it down postflop very easily it will be hard for us to play the hand. :(
Postflop: If you are betting here for value then I'd even consider going broke as well against his stack. He doesn't have much left anyways and might even ship with draws or even weaker pairs/6x. We only need to be ahead ~25%. And against wider range we can easily get it, might even be ahead while he has VPIP of 71.

Best regards.
