I don't really know what "theory coachings" stand for, but it may be good way to learn...

I chose videos only cause I find that the best way to bring all the techniques together into a usable learning tool for myself but the articles are equally as important since the videos would not make much sense without them.

So if i could i would choose two i would choose videos and article translations
