If i use tournament tokens (purchased using merit points), will I still receive PS points? because I assume they still take rake off the tokens

yes.. when u use tokens u still pay the rake..

the prize will be paid on bet365 or pokerstrategy account ? and when it will be paid

The money will go into your poker room account. It will be paid, after we have all data to create the final ranking, and then it takes also a few days, till the poker room transfers the money.

So unfortunately, I can't give you an exact date here.
