im not that familiar with equilating hands but:

the range you give him is too small imo. when i select the hand range you gave him i have selected 6% of all hands. dont we have to give him more? (11% PFR) especially because this is kind of a blind steal situation?
so i would give him this range:

77+, A8s+, KTs+, QTs+, A9o+, KTo+, QJo

and thats the result then:

Yes his range will be wider but he won't check/raise them all on the flop so you have to subtract them after the flop.
