Preflop: Hero is BU with A :heart:, 9 :spade:
UTG2 calls $0.02, 4 folds, Hero raises to $0.10, SB calls $0.9, BB folds, UTG2 calls $0.8.

Flop: ($0.32) A :spade:, 9 :club:, 3 :spade:(3 players)
SB bets $0.15, UTG2 calls $0.15, Hero raises to $0.60, SB calls $0.45, UTG2 folds.

Turn: ($1.67) 3 :diamond:(2 players)
SB raises $1.80 (All-In), Hero calls $1.80.

River: ($5.27) J :heart:(2 players)

Final Pot: $5.27

Results follow (highlight to see)
Hero shows two-pair, aces and nines (Ah 9s)
SB shows (Js 4s)

Hero wins with two-pair, aces and nines (Ah 9s)

My question is, 'Should i have raised pre-flop'? I thought i had position, and a good (ish) hand. Once i had two callers i was a bit worried. I was very lucky on the flop, but was worried once again when the 2nd 3 came out.

Also, was the call on the turn an okay move?

Hello Urielz,

Well, I doubt that I would change much in your play. Usually his shove on turn doesn't make sense. If he had a strong hand then he would most likely not ship like this. Rather tries to get some fold equity.

So with top 2-pair, against a non-paired board, also with no possible made flush's or straights, an all in is okay?

Well, while it's a raised pot and also there is not much that beat us. Yes.
