PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 30 Tournament, 50/100 Blinds (3 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (SB) (t2325)
BB (t5535)
Button (t1140)

Hero's M: 15.50

Preflop: Hero is SB with J, A
1 fold, Hero bets t225, BB raises to t5535 (All-In), Hero calls t2100 (All-In)

Villain is unknown fishy, but high 3bet %. I think its better to shove, because I will get shoved on often by the bigstack and AJs doesnt crush a very wide range and so theres a good chance I give shortie a freebie.
Assuming I raise though, is it a fold to his shove?

Nasty spot. I think if you expect he will be abusing you here, then open shoving is indeed best.

Once you have opened, I think we have to fold though even it sucks a lot. We can still fold with 2:1 advantage vs shortstack so no need to call off our tourney life.

yeah this is a sucky spot. open shoving is fine. raise/calling isnt that bad imo. i prefer raise/calling a loose fish than anyone else. even a reg will understand how tight u should be raising in this spot. but a fish will just blindly ship it in
