Do i lose value by not betting the turn? Any advice is appreciated

You played that hand very well. Mp1 capped Preflop which could easily be a high Pocketpair, AA AK AQ etc. And on the Turn, after you didnt checkraise the flop which is kind of spew since you won't ever win this hand unimproved. It's not a big mistake to checkraise the Flop but you gotta discount your Pairouts and what you especially don't want to become reality is that Mp1 3bets the Flop and BB folds.

Then you did isolate yourself against a strong hand and you just gotta keep drawing to the River. Since Mp1 is likely to have a strong hand he is supposed to bet most of the times. i wouldn't have considered him to check back but he may have had AQ. I don't like donking as your relative position for a checkraise is quite good. You can trap both players and force them paying 2BB on the Turn.

At least BB donked out on the River and you could claim a small piece of your deserved Value. Well played! :)
