      Hi
I got a 50 USD no deposit bonus from here on mansion poker, played since last day and managed to make it from 50 to 110 USD. The problem starts knowing the fact that in every other poker rooms you can withdraw your winning over bonus after a deposit. In my case lets call it 60 USD winning over the 50 dollar bonus. I talk to support and ask them If I deposit some money, can I withdraw my winning but it seems talking to a robot. They only mention collecting points to do a withdrawal. havent faced such a poor support in any other poker rooms. I keep telling them its not about bonus money i am going to withdraw, It is my winning but seems a waste of time. Can you please make it clear how this is done? they keep saying it has been mentioned on poker strategy site T&C but when I ask them for a link they go silent. It could be nice If you had mentioned this on your site and for sure I am not that much idiot to choose this poker room for a no deposit bonus, I would pick another one to withdraw my winnings. If this no deposit bonus thing is for those starting to learn poker then how are they suppose to clear 1000 points to be able doing a withdraw? newbies play 10/20 USD blinds? playing low blinds would take them ages to clear such a bonus.

      Hello Farshin,

I just talked with Mansion guys, and was informed that their policy has changed. The "profit withdrawing" is a thing of the past. From now on, no withdrawal is allowed until you've accumulated 1,000 Mansion Points.

That may be a bad news for some of you. However, i think it has a positive effect. It helps you remain the bankroll to climb up the limits and thus make more profit. Why do you want to withdraw something just after a few days of play? Anyway, 1,000 Mansion Points should be rather easy to earn.

      Good luck & Happy Easter!

1000 MPP or 1000 MCP? I hope they are MCPs, because I have 0 MPP. Is there a time limit to earn those points in order to withdraw the profit?

No, there is no limit for the 1000 Mansion Points - you just need to collect them in order to make any kind of withdrawal.

But you need to accumulate 600 points in 4 months in order to keep your starting 50$.

Otherwise they are deducted from your account(the profit still remains though). But 600 points for 4 months is easy even on the NL10 tables so don't worry, just stick to the bankroll management and it will be fine :)

Besides, you have an additional bonus of 100$, which is transfered to your account after you have reached the 1500 points mark.

All this information is collected from the pokerstrategy and mansion support!

      Unfortunately, yes.
I have 100 bucks of my own deposited, but I can't withdraw them until I reach 1000. That's what the support told me.

      This is rediculous!
Lets say i go to a casino and buy some chips.I play 1 hour and then wanna leave.Consider the casino force you to play for about 10 hours before leave!

These are my money and i can withdraw them what time i want.I didnt make an investement,i didnt buy their product and i believe is illegal..

Has anyone saw this rule somewhere in their site or when you deposit money?!?

      Hey prinstripe,

Unfortunately it's Mansion's policy and it's out of area of influence.

      Best regards,
