hi, i've been asked for my ID scan and i've sent it.
Was wondering if you guys received it and how long will i have to wait for my credits?

24-48 hours. it always will be and always is. it can be faster
Hello kradz1,
It usually takes a while for the ID information to be processed. If you sent it from the correct e-mail address there should be no problem. If everything goes ok, you are looking at somewhere between 24-72 hours until the money is on your account

You don't have to send your ID information unless you receive a request from our team.
