villain: 69/29/1/31 (VPIP/PFR/AF/WTS) ~40 hands
no reads.

Are you calling here on the turn without any reads? Villains is obv. a fish, but I don't know anything about his bluffing and valuerbetting(raising) tendencies. Get a very good price for the call though, so click the call button?

If we call then what are our plan for river? With no reads, call 1/2 pot bet or less with the assumption the he could valuebet worse/bluff?
Fold to a larger bet?

If we're continuing we're doing so because we assume we're ahead of his range (i.e. we have a valuehand vs a fish).
So the question is just wether to shove or to fold.
Given how aggressive he seems I assume there are some Ax with a FD in his range and I'm therefore getting it in on the turn, but imo folding is perfectly fine, too.
After all the call-minr line is pretty strong.
