0.50/1 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.9 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is SB with T♥, T♦
MP2 calls $1.00, 2 folds, BU raises to $4.50, Hero raises to $12.00, 2 folds, BU calls $7.50.

Flop: ($26.00) Q♠, K♦, 3♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU checks.

Turn: ($26.00) 5♠ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets $21, Hero raises to $42.00, BU calls $21.00.

River: ($110.00) 9♦ (2 players)
Hero bets $72.92 (All-In), BU folds.

Final Pot: $182.92

Villain is agressive, yet straight forward.
I didn't have the feeling he had a strong had with his checkbehind on the flop and I didn't want to give up the reraised pot that easily with a double check/fold, so I decided to play mine like a slowplayed monster.

aah, so THAT's where your huge variance comes from
I'd c-bet and give up to any action, or check/fold depending on opponent. Your line is somewhat... suicidal ^^
