Super easy turn fold. You have 3 outs to the nuts on the turn so you definitely should be folding here given your poor visibility. You are unlikely to get value out of an opponent on the river but if you hit a straight and villain hits a flush you're going to lose a lot of money.

This is one of those bad flops that looks like a good flop, don't overestimate your hand in these scenarios.
