Sometimes I'm not sure of the best way to play trips. On one hand, you need to protect, but when I raise the turn I might as well do a global marketing campaign announcing I have trips!

Is there more value just to call, or is it just a case of they either have something or they don't? There don't seem to be any draws, except for 78.

      Grabbed by Holdem Manager
      NL Holdem $0.02(BB) Replayer
      SB ($4.92)
      BB ($2.03)
      UTG ($2.37)
      UTG+1 ($0.37)
      Hero ($2.11)
      BTN ($2.05)

      Dealt to Hero T:spade: A:heart:

fold, fold, Hero raises to $0.06, fold, SB calls $0.05, fold

      FLOP ($0.14) 6:diamond: A:spade: 9:heart:

SB bets $0.07, Hero calls $0.07

      TURN ($0.28) 6:diamond: A:spade: 9:heart: A:club:

SB bets $0.14, Hero raises to $0.46, SB folds

There really is little need for protection on this board at all. There is one OESD out there, of which one of the outs gives you a full house, and there are a few gutshots. We can easily flat on the turn here then raise the river. Although it's always going to be hard to get value out of top trips :)
