I would just fold to the 3bet there, no point to Call while he has even very low 3bet. Doesn't really make sense to 4bet and then fold.

What about the situations when we are bluff 4betting? Say, we have A9o OTB, open it, get 3bet by a reg with 13% (and even more in SB/BB after looking at his positional 3bet stats) 3bet and decide to 4bet x2.5 his sizing?

I am picking spots like that myself and folding to a 5bet with my bluffs.

But I have checked my DB and even after I took out my value range (JJ+, AK), seems like 4betting bluff vs 3bet happy opponents is very profitable.

Well, that's whole different story. Here I just have few stats, no sample no specific reads or early dynamics. And we are playing UTGvsMP. Maybe the MP 3bet is just for few sample, like he had 100 hands? Then practically we can never base on that.
