To celebrate the start of the Omaha section we decided to hold a community tournament for all those interested.
Prospective Date: Sunday 18th (to give people time to read the articles first)
Prospective Buy-in: 5$
Prospective Platform: Titan Poker
Prospective Addons: Clothing (T-shirts/etc) + Books from the Shop to the top ranking players
Feedback and 'registrations' from those players who are sure to participate can be left in this thread

A T-shirt for whoever eliminates me?
We can have non-Titan regular tournaments for fun as well (without all the extra prizes)- but for the kick off tournament it will most likely take place on Titan.

I don't like fun, I want money. Particulary on Titan, because I'm exactly 5$ short there 
would SSS/BSS still be in effect when playing omaha cash games? (didnt wanna start a new thread on a new board lol)
I dont really thing SSS would work coz u get a lot more playable hands playing omaha, n I don't really want to play BSS so i don't risk losing too many buyins (and dont have the BR for it even at 5/10, being 50 buyins)
then grind holdem first...
SSS for omaha i think is very very very hard to play profitably, because your preflop edge is very small. monster hands like AAJT doublesuited is not that big a favourite preflop against any 4 cards...
BSS is optimal for the implied odds and extra edge from extra streets you get against fish.
Hmmmm why do you guys insist on using Titian poker for all the freeroll tourneys?
Why not use one of the forums that most people can sign up like interpoker or Kings?
Or maybe have the weekly freerolls alternate sites so everyone can get a chance to play. just an idea.
