[Closed] Where are all the FL players? Make yourselves known!

i suck at 1/2 but still have the bankroll. so between 0,5/1 and 1/2 SH

Currently 2x 0,5$/1$ FR and 1x 0,25/0,5$ FR. Progress is slow but constant. As soon as I move to >1000$ I'll switch to 2x 0,5$/1$ SH.

Nice and constant graph Cakara. Have you ever posted in the FL sample forum? Maybe this is a good idea to get confident when switching to SH.

I play 3/6$ and 5/10$ SH: (Yeah I don't moved up since a year but I play only 1-2k hands/month).

I play 1-2 FR or .50-1 SH when I get the time.

As usual though I don't seem to find nearly enough time.

Im playing 1/2. Doing pretty good at the moment and feeling confident abouth my game. Planning moving up to 2/4 by the end of this year.

What do you mean 2x .5/1$ cakara? 1000 BB is rather conservative ♦ Also don't you play like 10-20 pokerhammer?

I used to play mostly 5-10 and sometimes higher, but I had to withdraw my bankroll after the company I worked for closed down and I was out of work for a short while.
Found a new job and restarted my poker career with $50 from pokerstrategy.

I don't get much time to play because my job/family keep me occupied, but I'm slowly moving back up through the limits.

Lost my gold status as well this month!

I'm playing two tables of .5/1$ and one of .25/.5$. I'll be playing three of .5/1$ from tomorrow (I hope so). When I build up to 1100$ (I add a little cushion) I'll start twotabling .5/1$ SH.

I play FL aswell, playing like 1k more hands at 2/4 to get the feeling back after vacation and then I'll try 3/6 again with a private coach ^^

I played 6 tables of FL FR 0.5$/1$ for a while, but then I quited for a while and withdraw my BR. Now I got back through the FPP program(Sng qualifiers) and I played FR FL 0.5$/1$, but I started running badly so I'm giving a shot at SH 0.25$/0.50$ and doing quite well.

Until today I played 0.25/0.5$, tomorrow I'll move up to 0.5/1$ with 350$.

If you want some advise:

At the beginning play only in the evening and it won't be much of a difference.

Actually this is my third try at 0.5/1.
1 time I didn't succeed and second time I made withdraw

4-6 tables of 0.5/1.0 SH on PP but -$40 after ~14k hands.. not bad, but +$200 - $300 would be much better

FR was completly different game

My history:
started at pokerstrategy as NL player, grinding the microstakes, didn't like the variance, so just before I cleared the bonus I switched to FR FL, and I'm still happy I did.
started at 0.1/0.2 FR, after a small 6k hands and a 2.83BB/100 I switched to .25/0.5 FR and breaking even for 8k hands. So I switched to 0.25/0.50 SH, making a 5.98BB/100 for 8k hands. When the time was right I switch to .5/1 SH, good for 4.78BB/100 over 5.5k now. I'm making some shots at 1/2 now and then, but after 1k I'm breaking even, so I don't think I'm fully ready for it (and neither is my bankroll).
started at titan, cleared the non-PS pokerstars bonus after 15 days, and now I'm halfway my everest bonus. Usually 4 tables.

you didn´t like the variance and therefor switched to fl ? ^^

the variance when playing fl (especially sh) is just killing

when i look at your stats i think you´ve already noticed that. luckbox

don´t be afraid of playing 1/2. the opponents are horrible for the most part and to be breakeven over 1k hands is absolutely standard. just keep playing (when your bankroll can afford it ^^)

I started out on FR, and hardly had any variance...
I know variance is still there, and I've encountered it on SH games, but losing a buy-in on NL feels much harder then losing a couple of pots in FL.
I think because of the higher blinds you can play... if you lose 10$ on NL, it's a whole buy-in on 0.05/0.10, if you lose 10$ on FL, it's "only" 10BB.

of course the swings are much tougher in terms of bb but a "bb" at fl is a bigger part of your bankroll than it is in nl (at least it should be ^^). so i think you can´t compare it like that.
