CO is 43/33 in ~120 hands with ATS of 50
He is using almost any chance to attack blinds. I decided to put up the resistance while I was IP. Just like in previous posted hand, my table image should be nit with something like 10/7.

Preflop: Hero is BU with A:club: , 8:club:
2 folds, UTG+2 calls $0.20, 3 folds, CO raises to $1.00, Hero raises to $3.00, 3 folds, CO calls $2.00.

      Flop: ($6.50) 3:spade: , Q:spade: , 8:heart: (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $4.00, CO folds.

      Final Pot: $10.50

Ok, so he called me pre-flop, so he might actually have some kind of hand. Post flop play ok?

I wouldn't 3-bet here, he'll call almost every time he's put money in the pot - 43 vpip says he loves to see flops even with trash hands, and 33 pfr, well, he likes big pots => don't 3-bet light.
But otherwise, yeah, 2/3 pot c-bet is good almost every time you 3-bet preflop

Hmm, I would not 3bet light vs TAG but against this type of player I assumed I can 3bet light since he raises light from CO/BTN. What would be 3bet range vs this kind of player in CO vs BTN - {TT+,AQo+,AJs+}?

I think 3-bet with A8s is fine. Since he is stealing 50%, he can´t bet/call profitable against your re-raise oop. SO a lot of times he would just betr/fold and other times when he calls, you can take it down with contibet.
