      Hello durinko,

      The problem with such a nit is that I doubt that he is coming up with a lot worse hands on the turn. His range is mainly towards PPs and maybe some stronger Ax hands. He has a small gap between VPIP/PFR as well which indicates maybe just calls PPs and some strong Ax suited hands. Even if we add into his range something like AJs/AQs/AK/77/44 our equity isn't going to be very good:

      Board: 4:diamond: 7:heart: A:club:  A:heart:
             Equity     Win     Tie
      UTG    76.14%  69.13%   7.01% { 77, 44, AKs, AJs, AsQs, AKo }
      UTG+1  23.86%  16.86%   7.01% { AdQh }

      Most likely such a nit wouldn't Call with a lot worse AXs hands either.

      Best Regards.
