generally Im betting against an unknown like this everytime i feel they could have a Q or overpair KK AA type hand sometimes as well as JJ TT type hands even if they are really stupid. i had the bet slider to ~50% pot size on the river, but figured he was just c/c any Qx hand, no matter how big i bet. maybe his kicker was a J aND he thought i could have AQ KQ specifically soemtimes.

I think against an unknown there are very few Qx combos in his hand, simply because most people are likely to raise this on at least the flop or turn.

As such, by overbet shoving the river you're very unlikely to get a call from a hand like 7x, 22-55, 88-99, etc. Very surprised he showed up with JJ as most would 3bet this pre blind versus blind, so im even more inclined to bet maybe like ~$.40 on the river in the hope of getting a bit of thin value.

      Hello ilovemagic,

Bet the flop bigger, bet the turn bigger and overall seems to be fine to ship the river, if he has Qx he is going to pay you most likely. He wont pay you much anyways if he doesn't have a hand.

      Best Regards.
