      Hi there supers0nic!

Have you received our $50 free starting capital at Ladbrokes? It certainly looks like this is the case. If so, by virtue of our free $50 starting capital - beginners limits are enforced on your account.

This was all explained to you when you chose your poker room at the beginning and you can check it out by clicking this link

I've quoted the relevant information for you below

Why can I only play the beginner’s limits?

If you start to play with the $50 starting capital, there is a bankroll limitation in place which only allows you to play at the limits recommended by our beginner’s strategy. As a beginner you can only play stakes up to:
      • No-Limit up to £ .02/.04
      • Fixed Limit up to £ .02/.04
      • Sit and Go and Multi Table Tournaments with buy-in £/$/€1

In order to lift this restriction you can either deposit a minimum of £5 $/€10 or generate $50 in rake and/or tournament fees.

As seen from the underlined part above, you can easily remove these restrictions by making a deposit in your chosen currency.

      Hope this helps,
      Gary

      Hi again supers0nic,

I've merged your two threads together. Please note that you do not have to create a "new thread" everytime.

If you want to reply inside a thread please click "reply" ;)

LONGPLAY66 is correct - you need to earn 500 points inside 60 days to keep your free $50 starting capital ;)

      Kind regards,
      Gary
