What bet sizing to use to get max value?
On flop I thought - he will fold ost likely, unless he has pair, so bet small to let him call with overcards. But now I think I need to bet bigger, to get at least one call with pair. On the other hand - I will not let him catch something if he just has overcards.
On turn I bet that much to be able to get all his stack by the river. But he can evne fold pairs weaker than Tx now to such bet.
