Besides the AF on the river of 4 (it can mean that he is a bluffer), this bet shows strenght, so I rather prefer to fold.

Difficult to Call there while the guy definitely has enough of 7x hands also in his range. Either way it's fine, wouldn't say even Calling would be very bad cause the guy could still even have FDs in his range. But usually avoiding variance is safer.

If he is aggressive he may just realize that your sizing is weak. So might be not the best option to do that.
