No thats true, he'll fold but you valuetown yourself vs Ax which he'll still call. He can have those in his range because he looks passive

Then instead Bet the turn than the river, you can't really represent much after the turn Check. So if you Check then should be checking behind the river as well.

Can't bet the turn, he is still superlikely to have Axx or flush. On the river however, after he checked twice, he is a lot more likely not to have those. :/

Well, then doesn't make sense to Bet the river either cause you ain't making that many hands to fold there even if his line is weak. Your line is rather weaker with Checking the turn whilst any value-hand would most likely 2nd barrel.
