In 1 the only gutshot he can have is KQ. I think I would just fold the flop, and now on the turn the A hits him so hard that I don't think this is a good move.

I think I fold this preflop. Check/raise the flop, he's gonna cbet every hand that he raises preflop with. I think I would still call the river, as they play some weaker hands the same way, pot is too big to fold here.

we do have a fold here. We cannot condense villiain's range further because he will bet with his full range once again because the A is a scarecard.

Question is, is the foldequity against better hands big enough to justify a free showdown raise? Calling is definitely no option.

2) I expect to get raised here quite lightly, so I basically donk for protection because there are a lot of cards I do not want to see on the turn and river: if we are still 3 or 4 handed, which we will after a c/r, basically every overcard kills my hand, and I still do not know what to do if I get raised because the pot will be quite big by then.

To sum it up, I do not want to play a big multiway pot and basically commit myself to see a sd with such a week made hand.

Our equity dropped a lot.

It's hard to say if a raise would make sense. Without reads (as you haven't posted stats) and with such a low equity I just fold and search a better spot.
If he is able to fold a lot (even high pocketpairs) then it could be ok to do so but these opponents are rare.

2) Donking the flop is fine. It's a decision you have to do on your own. Check/raising has slightly more value but will increase your variance a lot. I donked this as well a while ago. But I saw stoxtrader playing the check/raise here so I copied that from him.
