3bet preflop

I don't like the idea of taking the pot away. If you think you have the best hand, there is no need to take the pot away, just check/call all the way down, try to hit a set
If you want to bluff, check/raise flop or check/call flop and check/raise turn like you said, but I don't like it very much because you actually have showdown value here

c/r flop against loose passive is probably a bad idea
he will often have a hand to call (according to his standards)
for some players Ahigh would be good)
So you have to follow up with a 2nd barrel and its very marginal, imo)

so i agree with a 3bet
as they tend to find a fold button more often in 3bet pots

3-bet pre - calling is not profitable and by 3-betting you take it down often preflop or by a c-bet
