Preflop : all fold, MP1 raises to 0.40$, MP2 calls, all fold, Hero (SB) raises to 2$, MP1 goes all-in (2.53$), MP2 calls, Hero......
I was obviously going to reraise but i couldn't!! I could just call. Can anyone explain?

Its because the other guy went allin for 2.53. Its to stop you raising to 2.52, having 2 callers, then he pushes for 1 cent more, that means you would then reraise, which isn't fair on the two callers. If that makes sense!
I'm not sure what the cut off point is for this not happening/happening.

Yeah that is it. It sucks when you have AA but is ok if you have other pocket pair since if you hit you most of the time get nice "pay check" ♦
same as on every other site. the "all-in" amount has to be more than the minimum raise if he was deeper stacked.
