      preflop play is fine

you should definitely c-bet the flop and hope he has something like QK
      $4 sounds good

on the turn I would re-raise him for value/protection and go broke on the river

the problem with not c-betting this flop is:

1- information, you don't know where you stand

2- it looks kind of obvious that you have a hand if you c-bet 90% of the time

3- you won't be able to extract the maximum value

4- your c-bet will be less effective if they know you check behind with a
      good hand

You can check, but also contibet, since board is a little drawy and you can get calls by gutshots, pairs, oesd-s.
      Turn and river are fine.
No need to re-raise turn, since probably only set would shove.
And he would probably call 50% more with worse hands, so shoving river is fine.
