You can link your account if you didn't register on PokerStars before September 2007 and you haven't enter any code.
You just have ask really really nicely.

Just write something like I did. (But I wasn't successful, cuz I registered on July 2007 X()

Dear PokerStars support.

My name is XXX YYY (enter your name) and I am a member of PokerStartegy. Recently on our forum I heard that our accounts could be tracked.
When I registered to PokerStars I did not use any other affiliate's code, due to the fact that I was not member any of them.

Is it still possible to track my PokerStars account to PokerStrategy? I would really like to earn StrategyPoints.

recently. Unfortunately the partnership does not extend to already
existing player accounts. We are aware that you already have an account
with us prior to the start of this partnership, therefore you cannot
collect points with PokerStrategy.

Did you write that you heard on PokerStrategy forum that accounts can be tracked? And that people actually were tracked?
And don't forget to mentioned that when you registered, you didn't use any of bonus codes.

Reply like yours was very similar to mine like 2 weeks ago. Then I heard hear on forum that someone got account tracked, but he asked really nicely. Than I wrote this, I got my e-mail forwarded to some other support section and I got reply after 4 days!

Try again. Don't forget to mention things above. Very important!

Which is wrong , I've been registered here before I even knew about pokerstars.

I emailed them a reply straight afterwards and said that I have been registered here for over a year now. Its been forwarded to a different department.

That's a good sign, believe me!

I think that i was able to get tracked from PokerStars.

I send an email to PokerStars, in which i explaind them my situation,and i just have ask really nicely(as you recomanded CoreySteel) if i could get my pokerstars account tracked with my poker strategy account to earn points.

And few days later i get this answer:

"Hello Oly,

Thank you for your email.

On this occasion we have been able to change your tracker and link your
account to PokerStrategy.com"

I also want to mansion that i had a ply money account on PokerStars, that is only 4-5 months old.
I hope that this means that i am tracked!!! ♦ ♦ ♦

I also wrote letter about tracking my account, and i got reply:

Hello ,

Thank you for contacting us.

I have forwarded your email to the our affiliates department so that they
can further assist you with your request. They will contact you as soon as
they have an update regarding this situation.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this matter.

In case you were successfully re-tracked dont forget to activate information sharing in your PokerStars software! If you don't we wont be able to update your points

Does pokerstars appear under the strategy points for you? Have you earned any yet?

Firstly, you need to fill the form in Poker Strategy with your nick under Poker Stars section. Then pobably you'll need to wait for several days, as info doesn't refresh instantly.

Mine hasn't refreshed yet.

I have never added any money to my pokerstars account, it is play money account. I am tired of PartyPoker and of its software. It is almost impossible to play when you are using their online version (Mac user).

So should i add money using pokerstrategy code or is it impossible for me to re-track my account?
