I think he is either raising a flush draw or a king on the turn, maybe a slowplayed set. I would fold on the river, since he seems kind of passive and a turn raise represents strength or a draw. I can't see any hand that he would do this with that is worst that yours...

i think i would call it down again. he isn´t THAT passive so i think he will raise a bluff or a draw here often enough to make a call down profitable

hm he could raise a heart draw as well... even JT. they call a lot on flops like this
