      Hi everyone,

Emanuel and I will be switching off doing live coaching on Mondays, and what I'll be doing at least for my first couple sessions is reviewing some of your hands with y'all, in addition to taking any and all questions! So if you would like to participate, please simply upload any HHs of hands that you would like to be discussed to weaktight.com and post the link in this thread, along with all relevant reads.

thanks and I look forward to trying this out :)
      Dustin

edit: Geoff (gadolparah) is going to be taking Emanuel's place, i.e. it will be Geoff or me doing the coaching each week, instead of Emanuel or me. enjoy :)

Thanks to everyone for joining today. Sorry about the sound difficulties. After the coaching I tried my mic in a few Skype calls and it was just fine so I assume it was some setting I didn't have right in the player. Will be fixed for next time.

Hope you learned some stuff from my play and the discussions! Cya next time!

      Manu.

thanks everyone for participating, I had a good time :)

Just so y'all know, next week (the 28th) will be me again, and then Emanuel will be doing the following two Mondays (February 4th and 11th).

I'll probably do a similar format next time, so have your hands ready and see you then!

opp 15/14 over 80 hands (unfamiliar from zoom/no history nor any decent reads)
decided to flat pre coz we're a tad bit deep (130bb) - mistake?
would you still just get it in pre coz we're OOP and 3b/c with smth like 150bb+ ?

turn is so ugly - on one hand it makes it less likely for him to have Ax ...
but on the other hand, that theory is such BS, they always have it :f_biggrin:

I guess as played turn is c/f coz of reverse implieds vs boats/quads/AxK  ?

his resteal in SB is only 6% so I assumed I don't need to isolate myself vs PPs. So just call. But on the other hand he might have still few semibluffs, so I make them fold preflop which is good for me so I should 4bet.

      BU (102 hands) = 29/23 = BU steal 67%/Fv3b 33% (3 samples)
FvCbet 33% = 50% aggro frequency on flop & turn and very low 17% WTSD

meaning he's very active postflop ...

which makes me want to either c/c to let him shove all his crap ...
      ooor c/f ...

The part of this hand that makes me puke is that nobody calls cold4bets
in this limit unless they have JJ+/AK ...

So in theory I should be crushed there buuut this guy does not seem to like folding ever.

      notes:
can give up OOP in high card 3bet pots with initiative
not agro with medium hand in 3bet pot - tryes to see showdown

fold to 4bet might be sample issau again - if I woild have blocker, I would 4brt, but w PP I have no blockers thats why I did not 4bet. BUt my calling vs 3bet not sure if thats good.

Only good thing that he is not agro with medium hands, so maybe I am ableg to make 2 bluffs postflop if I see weakness.

His range contains many Kx hands, but he can have many PPs as well. So I cbet. BUt not sure if I get enough fold eq. If I check I have to fold, I cannot bluff catch.

But maybe he is just going to showdowns with PPs so maybe no need to make them fold.
