Stack sizes:
UTG: $49.38
UTG+1: $22.39
CO: $32.51
Button: $19.50
SB: $30.55
Hero: $29.60

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is BB with 6♠ 4♠
UTG calls, 2 folds, Button calls, SB folds, Hero checks.

Flop: 4♥ 4♦ 6♣ ($0.85, 3 players)
Hero bets $0.6, UTG calls, Button calls.

Turn: 9♥ ($2.65, 3 players)
Hero bets $2, UTG calls, Button folds.

River: 8♣ ($6.65, 2 players)
Hero bets $4, UTG folds.
Uncalled bets: $4 returned to Hero.

Was there a better way to get more value out of this hand?

Not really, u could make a smaller value bet on the river liek just half pot or less.
But u extracted a maximum there on the flop and turn. Nh :P

I don't think a smaller bet would have induced a bluff or anything or made him call. So i think this one was fine.

UTG probably has low pp (22-99)
So I'd bet 1/2 pot or a littlebit less to give him good enough odds to call you down.

shouldn't you bet more on the flop, with the pot being so small?
I'd bet pot or 3BB, I think

Would you bet pot with 55 here?
Betting pot into two people seems really strong, especially when board is so dry.
