bet/fold half pot imo. its pretty thin, but a lot of his range will be worse 2-pair so I think its ok

Why is a 7 scary to you ?
32 already had the straight and is very unlikely to have been played like this (complete blind, check flop, not push turn)
Only A8 or A3 beats you because of the river (out of realistic hands), perhaps a 89 gutshot f'er or A7.

since the river is a 7, it's ok to bet, since he'll usually have the high end of the straight draw, if he has a draw. Plus 2 pair will pay you off. Had the river been the 3 though, obvious check behind.

Bet/fold smt like 15$.
He´d call with worse 2 pair hands and would only re-raise with straight.
He mostly folds, but who knows, maybe he is making hero call also with one pair hand.
