I think you did the right thing. The blinds are high and it should kill the short stack soon. And you still a have a good chance to finish in second.

Thiago is right imo. You dont want to flip with ats here, because bubbling out here is horrible b/c of the shorties @ your table. My calling range would be JJ+, where ak is a fold for me.

Even if sb only pushes the worse 50% of possible hands, and folds his top 50% hands, it's still a fold.
Thanks, I think I knew I was right here it's just hard not to call when you know you have villains range crushed.
So basically we need a good 70-80% equity before we can think about calling.
This is one of the spots where we can only call with TT+ because they get sucked out by rags less.
