I like it, a 3-bet IP is usually not a strong hand from a TAG.

Board: Qd Th 8c
Dead:

Equity Gewonnen UnentschiedenVerloren Hand
Spieler 1: 53.693 % 50.596 % 6.194 % 43.210 % 66+, A8s+, KTs+, QTs+, JTs, ATo+, KJo+
Spieler 2: 46.307 % 43.210 % 6.194 % 50.596 % AsTd

With an equity below 50% I like to stay passive here. Yoghi do you think that's it's worth to check/raise anyway because we might have some foldequity against live outs or so? There aren't a lot hands which he will fold which we don't beat anyway (small pockets etc.).
Maybe to prevent him from taking a freecard anywhere?

Sorry coach, as passive?

unimproved

c/c flop, c/c turn and (c/f or c/c) river?

or

c/r/c to 3-bet flop, c/c turn and (c/f or c/c) river?

Hmm Either check/call flop, check/call turn and donk river or check/call river also. I like a riverdonk if he isn't too aggressive.

I like a check/raise because of the flop texture. He has something a lot of the time here, and because most of his aces have a gutshot he will call down with them.

If we just call down he will probably check behind on the river with a lot of hands that we could have gotten some more value from, and I don't really like a donkbet on the river because he will raise a lot of hands that have us beat, but we can't fold.

Hmm there is only AJ and AK which have a gutshot and he may also 3-bet with them where a calldown is not that easy either.
He has a lot pocketpair which he will fold as well.

Do you really think that he raises a lot hands on the river which we still beat? I mean he is no maniac and I can't see myself raising AK or Aj here as I want to see a showdown in case he donks with KJ or so.

He can also have A9s, 99... You're right about the river :), I don't think he will raise as a bluff often enough.

Still I think a c/r is better though, just don't know why :P
